Virtual Yoga Class

Offered by Spectrum Health

New sessions every 6 weeks!

Tuesdays @ 6PM
Classes are currently being offered on Zoom.

6 classes – $43.50 – Payment due by credit card before first class

Minimum of eight participants per class.

Class will be canceled if there are less than eight participants. Please register as soon as possible to ensure we meet the minimum number to offer a class. Classes are taught via Zoom, a link will be emailed to participants each week.

A Kripalu yoga class is designed to adapt to all body types, ages, fitness levels and interests.

No experience needed. Come to quiet your mind relax your body and leave with a sense of peace and well-being. Many students notice the positive effects of practice immediately. We recommend a yoga mat, yoga block and yoga strap; these can be purchased at many local stores or online

Virtual Tai Chi Class

Tai Chi is an ancient practice that helps improve balance and reduce stress. Often referred to as a form of “moving meditation.” Tai Chi is a mind-body technique that involves carrying out a series of slow, gentle movements combined with deep breathing and meditation. This class is open to everyone!
No experience is needed!

Virtual Tai Chi class:

Let your mind relax, let it expand, and melt with the breath. Move as gentle flowing water. Just watch and follow as tension slips away and feel harmony in body and mind. Stretch and relax for better health and balance! All ability levels are welcome. Minimum of eight participants per class. Class will be canceled if there are less than eight participants. Classes are taught via Zoom and links will be emailed to participants each week.
